I used up the left over spicy beef and sauce from yesterdays totchos. Divided it into two and rolled them into tortillas, then wrapped them in streaky bacon, fried them, then covered them in grated mild white cheddar and mozzarella, topped with some sliced pepperoni and chilli sauce and then oven baked.

For dessert, Kitkat Senses.

I’m pretty sure that’s not a real burrito. Burritos should always be hand-held.

Next-level breakfast burritos are Mexican chorizo (it’s very different from Spanish chorizo), refried beans, and some queso fresco (or cotija if you’re really bold). Fry the chorizo until lightly browned, fill tortilla with refried beans, chorizo, and queso. Fold into burrito shape . Bite open, liberally apply/fill with Tapatio, take a bite, and repeat until burrito is gone.

To be fair, as the mince was left overs from yesterday, I was able to scoop off the majority of the congealed fat from the top. Lol.

cousin received a terminal cancer diagnosis, she has 12 months.

breast cancer, she’s 28. will be lucky to see 30th birthday, no kids

Ye’, that’s why I called them ‘burrito things’. Lol. I’ll change the title to ‘wrap-things’.

They are tasty non the less.

I’ve a customer who is going back to Portugal next month to visit family and he’s going to bring back some chorizo for me. I can’t wait. 

I tend to just make what I fancy not really knowing what it should be called.

I used Yorkshire puddings once.

Ye’, there are some pretty random flavours.

Four finger: Milk chocolate, Dark chocolate and Ruby cocoa beans.

Two finger: Original, Lemon drizzle, Dark mint, Orange, Dark and Cookies & cream.

Chunky: Original, More (extra protein), Salted caramel fudge and Peanut butter.

Bites: Original, White chocolate and Peanut butter.

Senses: Salted caramel, Hazelnut, Choc chip cookie dough, Double chocolate and Millionaires shortbread.
